C loves fried rice with spam and pineapple. So usually if she has not have it for a while, she will make a special request for it and I will try to make it. I like fried rice too because it is so easy and usually I will add in as many vegetables as possible. As long as she has her 2 favorite ingredients, C is ok with any other additions. So far, I have added corn, carrots, peppers, asparagus or celery.
Today’s bento contains spam and pineapple fried rice topped with broccoli, carrots and red pepper. Also included in her lunch are more broccoli, fruit roll-up, cheesestick and blueberries.
