Trader Joe’s Mini Croissant

Trade Joes Mini Croissant

Looks good, doesn’t it? I wish I made it but I didn’t. It is from Trader Joe’s.  It comes either in a pack of 8 mini croissants like the one below or 4 regular-sized croissant.

Trader Joes Mini Croissant

This has now become one of our favorite Saturday morning breakfast. All I have to do is take it out the night before and let it proof overnight. Then in the morning, just put into the oven to be bake. Soon you’ll get freshly baked croissants from the oven. It is flaky while soft on the insides. Love it. Maybe someday I will attempt to make my own croissants but for now I am very happy with this.

this looks really good, so just proof (that’s a new word to me!) and then bake n it becomes “poofy”? nice!

there’s TJ’s in St Louis, n tho’ we didn’t go there regularly, there are many things like its affordable wine, the ginger candy, and frozen mangoes i miss being able to get from it! incidentally, there was just an article in the Spokane papers about a fan club someone had set up on Facebook that has swelled to a huge following — all hoping TJ’s will come open a store here!

Wow,a fan club! 😛 How fun! Hope you will get a store in Spokane soon.
