This giveaway will continue for another week, so I am leaving this as a sticky post at the top. Please scroll down for the latest post. Thanks!!
I started making bento almost 3 years ago when Lil’ C first started preschool. Back then it was an attempt to get a picky toddler to eat her food. Since then it has been become a fun hobby, one which I wish I have more time to indulge in. Bento making has been pretty sporadic this school year since schedules have been so hectic plus the fact that Lil’ C only goes to half-day kindy makes it unnecessary to make bento every day. She eats most of her lunches at home. However starting from Sept this year, she will be going to full day school, so it means I will have to start making bento for her every day. I am actually looking forward to it.
Anyway, as I mentioned in the previous post, I am slowly approaching my 100th bento. To celebrate that, I am having my first bento giveaway ever on this blog!! Here’s what I am giving away.
- 2-layer bento box
- bento strap
- egg mold
- furikake bottle
- mayo case
- disposable mini cups
- piggy bento cups
- mini fork and spoons
Everything you will need to get started on your first bento! With the new school year coming up in a few months, this will come in very handy for packing homemade lunches for the little ones. So if you would like to win all these bento supplies, here’s how you enter.

The fist time I stumbled on your blog, I was amazed of the many things you can do with foods. I am a mother of two K-age twins and I am dreading next year’s lunch ideas for at least 12 long years. They are not picky eaters but at times it could be challenging. I love your pictures and explanations of how you prepare lunch for your Lil’C. This is going to be my Lunch Bible for my kids. Thank you for your time and love for food. Most of all, thank you for sharing everything with so much details. You are truly ONE OF A KIND.
And my LIFE SAVER.
Love your blog! My favorite thing to pack in DD’s lunch are mini quiches and mini muffins that I have made ahead of time and frozen. That way, I can easily pop them out of the freezer and know they are getting a wholesome meal!

My kid loves cheese and if it isn’t very hot here in the Philippines, I’d pack cheese sandwiches or cheese with crackers for her. Usually I put crackers or bread in her bag when we go out.
