wow…lovely pudding, and looking at this reminds me i bought some packets of pudding powder of a different brand for CNY….still in my cupboard…..will post up pics when i made some..he..he..

Very nice. Exactly the same colour as your fresh mango. The mould is perfect. I buy the Robertson brand and it does not taste as good as the one served in TimSum restaurants.
