Ingredients:
10 - 12 head-on shrimp
2 tbsp minced fried garlic
1 stalk chopped scallion
Seasoning:
4 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
2 Tbsp water
3 tbsp fried garlic & oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 drops of sesame oil
dash of pepper
Method:
1. Trim the head & make a slit down the back & devein. Pat dry & lay shrimp on a plate.
2. Combine all the seasoning & spread on the back of the shrimp. Steam on high heat for 5 - 7 minutes or till cooked.
3. Top the shrimp with more fried garlic & scallion. Serve hot.

Toddler loves bananas. However, somedays she will go on a banana strike. That’s when we end up with leftover bananas which ripens ever so quickly. So I ended up making banana cake.
