The chicken is 1st deep fried & then quickly stir-fried with some garlic & plum sauce. Result: finger-licking good!!

Dunno why the dim-sum restaurants here in US do not serve Loh Mai Kai. Instead they serve glutinous rice in lotus leaf which I am not too fond of ‘cos the smell of lotus leaf is too overpowering.
