What would Thanksgiving be without a traditional Thanksgiving meal?? This year, we had 2!! One at a friend’s house and another at home. This is what we ate at home. Turkey, ham, stuffing, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce & dinner roll. Yummy!

Strawberry Yoghurt Marshmallow Cheesecake

Made this for a friend’s farewell lunch. It was delicious although it didn’t turn out looking like the original recipe & that’s because I ran out of gelatine powder & had to substitute with agar-agar powder.Lesson learned???? Loh Mai Kai

Dunno why the dim-sum restaurants here in US do not serve Loh Mai Kai. Instead they serve glutinous rice in lotus leaf which I am not too fond of ‘cos the smell of lotus leaf is too overpowering.
