Happy Monday!! Hope you all had a great weekend! We had an awesome weekend and it went by too fast! Is it just me or do the weekends really goes by faster as you grow older?? 😛 This weekend was definitely as indication that Fall is here. It was cold & rainy most of the time but the sunrise that I saw yesterday morning was just breathtaking! Don’t you agree??
Anyway, today’s bento contains baked pasta. I made a simple farfalle pasta with marinara sauce and place them in my muffin cup, topped with cheese and baked till cheese is melted. This is a great lunch idea when you have leftover spaghetti and they are easily freezable and easy to pack for lunch since it has been frozen individually. I also included some cinnamon sugar with the green apples today. Normally C does not like green apples but with a sprinkling of cinnamon sugar, it has now become her favorite.
