Having lived in the South for many years, I have a fondness for all things BBQ. Unfortunately, I have to find great BBQ around where I live. So I try to make them at home whenever we can. In today’s bento is one of those that I make regularly at home – pulled pork. It doesn’t look as pretty in a bento but it definitely taste better than it looks. Also in the bento are my current favorite Hasselbeck potato, pomegranate seeds and a couple of raspberry chocolate Milano cookies.
