Fried rice is one of my favorite food to pack for lunch because I get to add all sorts of vegetables in there and C will eat it all. I also add pineapple in the fried rice. What could be better than a dish that has carb, protein, fruit and vegetables all in one dish, right? 😛 Also included in this bento are a few polka-dotted apples slices and some chex mix for fun.
