I usually cook fried rice once a week and most of time is the day that C has the most activities. By the time we get back home from her activities, it is almost dinner time. So I figured fried rice is the easiest food to make. C loves fried rice especially the Spam and pineapple fried rice. So I usually try to cook a little extra so that she is able to bring it for her lunch the next day. So today’s bento contains Spam and pineapple (and lots of vegetables) fried rice. The other container contains pita chips with hummus and grapes.
