Kuih Koci

Kuih Koci

Thanks to my dear friend S, I got to make kuih koci recently. A popular Malaysian snack, Kuih Koci is made of glutinuous rice flour and filled with either a sweet coconut or peanut filling. It is usually wrapped in banana leaves and formed into a triangle.

The filling sound kinda familiar but I cannot remember seeing them in triangular packaging like that.
