Hope everyone had a great Christmas. I wanted to post this up earlier but didn’t get the chance because I am on vacation!! I am halfway around the world and enjoying some awesome local food in Singapore. I was planning to post some local food but so far my growling tummy has the upper hand over my camera. So no photo yet.
Hopefully I will be able to take more photos in the next few days. In the meantime, this was something that I made for Christmas but it can be made anytime of the year. It is the copycat version of the Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bar using this recipe. I made this last year but this year I decided to add some peanut butter chips to it and I like it.
This will be my last post for the year. I am going to spend some time with my family and will be back next year. So wishing all of you a very

This looks a great recipe and is very appealing to look at. I love cranberries so this is ‘must do’ recipe.
