I have to confess that I definitely prefer baking over cooking. Cooking is not my forte and I also cook by instinct, to the dismay of my friends. It used to and probably still drives my friends crazy when they try to get a recipe from me and all they get are “a little bit of this and a little bit of that”. 😛 For baking, I will follow recipes to a tee but when it comes to cooking, for some reason, the recipe goes out the window.
Anyway, this is one of those no-recipe dish that I cook pretty often. Just tofu, ground pork, black bean sauce, sambal olek (chili sauce), garlic and scallions.
