Bento #45 - Checkers & Masks

Lil’ C loves ravioli in marinara sauce but they always look so messy in a bento. I was trying to figure out how to decorate it when I found a piece of nori that I had previously punch faces. So I just plop it onto the ravioli and voila, a mask-wearing ravioli! : ) Anyway, besides the ravioli, there’s checkered apples, edamame on picks & candy corn.

I have never thought of seaweeds. I have always relied on cheese. What a great idea. Thanks for sharing this. Great bento, as always. I haven’t tried out the checkered apples yet. Is it hard to carve?

Thanks, Christene! The apple is not too hard to carve. Using a sharp knife will help.
