It looks great to me!
I will fret too if my cake sink!
I experience the same thing a few times (over flowing of batter while baking) even on the recipe which I have been using over and over again! It is something I can’t explain! Imagine when I have orders to deliver!

And of course, the birthday girl is happy… whatever it is… is worth it!

Yes, I can totally imagine the panic if my cake is for sale!! Hehe….

Its really a cool cake and most important is the joy in our kid's face and not how perfect the cake turned out or otherwise. By the way, did you manage to find out what caused the cake disasters in your oven? Perhaps we could learn from you too.

seen many “perfectly done” princess cakes, by renowned cake decoraters, but i like yours best. i feel the “perfect ones” are too textbook like and boring, whereas yours is more spontaneous, creative (mistakes beautifully covered up) and fun!

if i have offended cake decorators, i apologise in advance. i am just someone who appreciates creative-imperfections.

give yourself a pat on the back for an awesome cake (in my eyes)
