For this bento, I packed fried rice and topped it with some egg flower & carrot. Broccoli and asparagus make up the stems. The 2nd layer consists of mandarin orange and oreo cookies.
Unfortunately this bento came back only half eaten. Lil’ C decided that she doesn’t like fried rice. She is definitely a pasta and sandwich girl because she will always finish her bento if I pack bread or pasta. Looks like I won’t be packing fried rice for a while. I will probably try again in a few months.

Contrary to yours, my girls prefer fried rice. But my elder is quite picky when it comes to vegetable. When I added peas and carrots in her favorite mac. & cheese, it became her least favorite and she won’t even touch it. And all I wanted was for her to eat more veggie. “Susah” right?
What a gorgeous way to eat lunch. I hope Lil’C knows how lucky she is!
What a pity! You have made it so beautiful too. Well, keep at it. I’m still battling my kids over vegies.
If only I have this for my bento, I think, 1 bento won’t be enough! Hahaha….
First of all: Wow, what a blog! The pictures on here are so unique! Great job!:)
Second, That dish looks tasty! Especially the broccoli! Love me some brocc!
