		<description>my mom steams them to be cooked.  when i receive the cake as my new year gift, i slice them up and pan fry them.  they&#039;re tricky to handle since they are extremely sticky!  the trick is to use non stick, and to let it brown on 1 side... with out constantly flipping them over. if you flip them over before they are browned, they are really sticky and hard to handle.  if you make a mistake and flip them on top of another piece, they most likely will get stuck together.  i got a non stick electric griddle as a gift a few months ago and it works like a charm.</description>
