Fried sweet potato.. First time I heard it.. normally I eat the steam sweet potato or desserts..

It's very good. You should try it one day.

Looks yum! I sometimes do a shredded version, so it takes less time to bake, and add a bit of cinnamon for extra sweetness!

Great idea! Thanks!

Hello dear,
That's an awesome idea, healthier than french fries too.
I have a question, how do I pick or choose sweet potato? I remember once I bought it and when I cut it, the color is different, very much lighter and a little dry.
By the way, Happy New year to you and all at home...
*Cheers to 2008*

Nicole

Hi Nicole, Happy New Year to you too!! Frankly I am not very good at picking out sweet potatoes but I noticed that they have both yams & sweet potato at my grocery store. They look almost the same but I usually get Yam. Yam is usually more orange. As for dry, try to make sure that the skin is not wrinkled or just looks old. Hope that helps. :)
