Chicken Alfredo Caramelized Onion Pizza

Seems like the last few pizzas that we’ve been having has either been pepperoni pizza, hawaiian pizza or DH’s favorite -“everything on it” pizza. Getting a little tired of these tomato-based pizza, so I decided to try something different today & came up with Chicken Alfredo Caramelized Onion pizza!!

For this pizza I use the recipe from Nook & Pantry for pizza base & caramelized onion, and added my own chicken Alfredo which I made using store-bought Alfredo powder.

Here it is b4 going into the oven . . . . .

And 12 mins later, hot from the oven . . . .

Verdict: Very yummy!! Will definitely make this again & maybe try with other toppings.

Yeeh, you made pizza. Although this seems like an easy thing to make, it is actually not. At least not when you first started. You have to make sure the yeast is active and your dough rise. You also have to make sure that the dough do not turn sour, etc. etc.

Thanks for coming by to my blog. Enough blogging for me (for tonight). I am getting tired. It is bedtime. Till later….

lee ping: I use my breadmaker for the dough, so it makes the process a lot easier. : )

I use breadmaker for my pizza dough as well. Perhaps homemade pizza is more expensive because the cheese is not cheap. However, isn’t it so rewarding to see a successful homemade pizza? I even bought pizza plates from pottery barn to display my success. A little too proud, huh?
