KomPiang

Kong Piang – a yummy delicious Foochow delicacy.
Stuffed with pork bits & lard, sprinkled with sesame seed &
then baked in a tandoori-like oven, it is crunchy & very addictive.

Do you have the recipe for making kompian? I am originally from Sibu, Sarawak and I have been searching for the recipe for along time. Appreciate if you can share if you do know how to make it.
