Kong Piang - a yummy delicious Foochow delicacy.
Stuffed with pork bits & lard, sprinkled with sesame seed &
then baked in a tandoori-like oven, it is crunchy & very addictive.

Since I don’t have access to a proper kitchen now, I thought I would put up some food photos from my archives.

Happy Chinese New Year!! It’s the year of the Pig *oink oink*
Sorry for the lack of update. After a trip to Malaysia & a move cross-country, I am still living in a temporary place with all our stuff in storage. I miss my kitchen SO badly!!! Will be back soon.
