Made this for a friend’s farewell lunch. It was delicious although it didn’t turn out looking like the original recipe & that’s because I ran out of gelatine powder & had to substitute with agar-agar powder.Lesson learned???? NEVER substitute gelatine powder with agar-agar powder!!!Results of substitution: 1. Texture – firm instead of a little jiggly like jello, 2. Looks-loss of transparency effect.
