Was soooo….. happy to find stingray also known as skate wing in the grocery store the other day. Just rub a little curry powder & grill it on a banana leaf. Also made a little dipping sauce for it. Yummy!!!

Looks like an alien, huh? This is my 1st attempt at making an agar-agar(jelly) cake. Got a little too impatient waiting for each layer to dry, thus the messed-up face!!! : ( Will try again when I have more time & patience. Recipe adapted from:
