Banana Cake

Bananas were ripening too quickly so decided to make a cake for breakfast using a new recipe. This is definitely a keeper ‘cos it ended up to be a fluffy banana cake instead of the usual dense banana cake. Yummy! I also baked the cake using my new rose cake mold. Isn’t it cute??

All things Pandan
Drowning in pandan leaves now since my pandan plants have become a mini jungle. Aside from throwing some away & freezing some, I decided to cook something with pandan. So ended up with . . . . . . .

Pork Porridge & MinJiang Kueh
A nice yummy bowl of porridge to start off the weekend . . . . . . . .

Accompanied by MinJiang Kueh (Peanut Pancake).

The recipe is actually for making a thick MinJiang Kueh but I made it into the thin type since that is the preference of the family. It turned out pretty good but will need to make some minor adjustments next time.
