Fried Fish with a sprinkling of oil & soy sauce. My attempt to replicate one of my favorite restaurant dish. Normally this dish is done with a whole fish but I had to replace it with fish fillet. Nevertheless, it turned out yummy!! Will definitely cook this again

Seafood Pasta with Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus
&
Rainbow Agar-Agar

Recipe for agar-agar:
500ml of water
1 Tbsp agar-agar powder
100g sugar
a few pandan leaves

Banana Cake

Bananas were ripening too quickly so decided to make a cake for breakfast using a new recipe. This is definitely a keeper ‘cos it ended up to be a fluffy banana cake instead of the usual dense banana cake. Yummy! I also baked the cake using my new rose cake mold. Isn’t it cute??
